About Sharma Education

Your Education Journey, Guided Properly.

Choosing what to study after a break — or after 10th, 12th or graduation — is rarely about a shortage of courses. It is about knowing which courses you are actually eligible for, which institutions recognise your previous qualification, and what the admission rules genuinely allow.

That is the work we do. We sit with you, look at your marksheets and your study gap honestly, compare suitable programmes across Punjab and recognised open and distance options, explain eligibility in plain language, and help you complete admission paperwork correctly the first time.

We have been counselling students and working adults since 2009 from our office near Hindu College, Amritsar. What we will never do is promise an admission that the rules do not permit.

One-to-one counselling

Every profile is different. Marks, gap length, stream and budget all change what is realistic — so the conversation is personal, never a template.

Eligibility checked first

We confirm what your previous qualification actually qualifies you for before recommending a single course.

Paperwork done correctly

Migration, transfer, gap affidavits where applicable, attestation, forms and deadlines — explained and assisted, step by step.

Honest, on-record guidance

Clear fee information, realistic timelines and no assurance we cannot support with institutional rules.

Study Gap Support

Have a Study Gap? Let's Find the Right Way Forward.

Many students take a break from education because of work, family responsibilities, financial circumstances, personal reasons or other situations. A study gap does not automatically mean the end of your education journey.

What it does mean is that your options need to be checked properly — because eligibility after a gap depends on your previous qualification, the year you passed, the course you want and the admission rules of the concerned institution. Some routes stay open for years. Some require a specific mode of study. A few genuinely close, and we will tell you that too.

  • Gap of 1 year or 15 years — both are worth a conversation.
  • Options across regular, distance and open university modes.
  • Clear answer on what your documents do and do not allow.
  1. 01Understand Your Previous QualificationWhich board or university, which year, which subjects, and what your marksheets actually show. This decides everything that follows.
  2. 02Review Your Study GapHow long the gap is, and why — work, family responsibility, finances, health or relocation. Many institutions accept gaps; some require a declaration or affidavit.
  3. 03Check EligibilityWe check your profile against the published eligibility rules of the universities, boards and institutes you are considering — before any money is spent.
  4. 04Shortlist Suitable CoursesA short, realistic list: regular, distance or open mode; degree, diploma, ITI or vocational — matched to your career goal and your available time.
  5. 05Complete Genuine Admission ProcessCorrect forms, correct documents, correct deadlines, fees paid to the institution through proper channels — and nothing outside the rules.

Why Choose Us

Counselling Built on Eligibility, Not Assurances

Six reasons students and working professionals keep referring their friends and family to us.

Personalised Counselling

Your marks, your gap, your budget and your career goal — the recommendation is built around your profile, not a standard package.

Study Gap Guidance

Re-entry after a break is a large part of what we do every week, including long gaps and incomplete qualifications.

Multiple Course Options

Degree, diploma, ITI, polytechnic, vocational, paramedical, computer, management and open/distance routes under one roof.

Documentation Assistance

Clear guidance on which documents are needed, how they should be attested and how the forms should be filled.

Transparent Guidance

Straight answers on eligibility, recognition, duration and fees — including when the honest answer is "this route is not open to you".

Career-Focused Approach

We start from where you want to be in three years, then work backwards to the qualification that gets you there.

Document & Credential Support

Help With the Paperwork Side of Education

Admission is only part of it. Documents decide whether your qualification is accepted later — for a job, a promotion, further study or a move abroad.

WES credential evaluation

Assistance preparing and submitting your 12th, graduation and post-graduation documents for evaluation for Canada, USA and New Zealand.

Transcripts, MOI & LOR guidance

Guidance on requesting transcripts, medium-of-instruction letters and reference letters from your university or board through the correct channel.

Board document submission

Help understanding which documents your board or university requires, in what format, and where they must be sent.

Online result & DigiLocker verification

Support checking that your results and certificates are verifiable online, so your records stand up to scrutiny later.

Attestation & submission guidance

Clear steps on attestation and submission requirements for education, employment and further-study purposes.

Support for genuine work-experience documents

Guidance on requesting a work-experience letter from an employer you have actually worked with, and what it should contain.

Genuine documents only

We assist you in obtaining and submitting documents that are genuinely yours, issued by the board, university or employer concerned. We do not create, arrange or supply any certificate, marksheet, experience letter or record that has not been genuinely issued.

Trust & Transparency

Guidance You Can Trust

Education is a long-term decision and a real financial commitment. Here is exactly what we stand for — and what we refuse to do.

Genuine admission guidanceOnly courses, institutions and modes that are recognised and actually open to your profile.
Transparent informationDuration, recognition, exam pattern and realistic outcomes explained before you decide.
Clear fee informationYou are told what the institution charges and what our counselling assistance covers. No hidden additions.
Proper documentation guidanceCorrect documents, correct attestation, correct forms — prepared the way the institution requires.
Eligibility-based counsellingEvery recommendation is checked against published eligibility rules first.
Support that continuesYou can come back with questions at every stage of the admission process.

What we will never do

  • No fake degrees — we do not arrange any qualification that a university or board has not genuinely awarded.
  • No fake certificates or marksheets of any kind, for any fee.
  • No backdated admissions — a passing year cannot be changed, and we will not pretend otherwise.
  • No fabricated documents, forged signatures or manipulated records.
  • No guaranteed-admission promises that depend on ignoring eligibility rules.

What we do instead

  • Check your eligibility against the institution's own published rules.
  • Show you every legitimate route, including ones you had not considered.
  • Explain what a recognised open or distance qualification can and cannot be used for.
  • Help you complete a clean, correct, verifiable application.
  • Tell you clearly when a route is closed, and what the alternative is.
Please note

If any person or agency offers you a degree without study, a certificate with a backdated year, or admission "without documents", it is not a shortcut — it is a risk to your career, and such documents fail verification at employment and higher-study stages. We do not offer these services and we would advise you to walk away from anyone who does.

FAQs

Questions Students Ask Us Most

Straight answers about study gaps, eligibility, recognition and the admission process.

I have a study gap of several years. Can I still get admission?

In most cases, yes. A gap in education is common in India and a large number of universities, open universities and boards accept students returning after a break. What changes with a longer gap is which routes are open to you — a regular on-campus programme may have age or year-of-passing conditions, while recognised open and distance modes are usually more flexible.

The honest answer depends on your last qualification, your passing year and the specific institution's rules. That is exactly what we check in the free counselling session before recommending anything.

Is a distance or open university degree valid?

A degree from a university whose distance or open-mode programme is recognised by the appropriate regulatory authority is a valid qualification, and is widely accepted for higher studies and for many employment purposes. However, recognition is programme-specific and changes over time, and certain professional or technical fields have restrictions on distance mode.

We will tell you the recognition position of the specific programme you are considering, and where it can and cannot be used — before you pay any fee.

Can you guarantee my admission?

No, and you should be cautious of anyone who does. Final admission decisions are made by the concerned university, board or institute according to their eligibility rules, seat availability, merit and deadlines.

What we can do is make sure you apply to programmes you are genuinely eligible for, with a complete and correct application submitted on time — which is what actually improves your chances.

Do you provide fake degrees, backdated certificates or "quick" documents?

No. We do not provide, arrange or assist with fake degrees, fake marksheets, fake certificates, backdated admissions or fabricated documents of any kind, at any price, for any reason.

Beyond being wrong, such documents fail verification at employment, higher-study and government-job stages, and they put the holder at serious legal and career risk. Every route we recommend is one you can put on a CV and have verified.

I am working full time. Can I study alongside my job?

Yes — this is one of the most common situations we handle. Distance-mode and open-university programmes, weekend or executive-format management programmes, and part-time certificate and computer courses are all designed for working adults.

We will look at your working hours, your exam-time flexibility and your goal, and shortlist programmes you can realistically finish rather than ones you will abandon.

How much do your counselling services cost?

The initial counselling conversation is free — on the phone, on WhatsApp or in our office. If you decide to proceed and want our assistance with the application and documentation process, we explain our assistance charges clearly and in advance.

Course fees are always paid to the university, board or institute through their official channels. We tell you the institution's published fee structure so you can budget properly.
